Forgot password
Use the “Forgot password?” option on the login screen. Firebase will send a password reset email if your email is registered.
Pairing with your partner
One partner can generate a couple code in the app. The other partner enters that code to connect. Check for typos and make sure the code has not already been used.
Subscription or restore purchase
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Use the restore purchases option in the app. If you still need help, email support with your account email and approximate purchase date.
Notifications not working
Check that notifications are enabled in UsNote and in your device settings. Notifications may require a real development or store build, not Expo Go.
Shared note not generated yet
A shared note appears after both partners have written for the current reflection cycle. If only one partner has written, the app waits for the other partner.
